Right of withdrawal

When you have a 14-day right of withdrawal You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of prepaid playing credit, without giving any reason. The period runs for 14 days from the day you bought it.

When you do not Bookings are leisure services supplied at a specific time. Chapter 6, section 16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act excludes those from the right of withdrawal, so a booking cannot be withdrawn. Our own cancellation policy applies instead: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking starts, refunded to your account credit. Event sign-ups work the same way.

How to withdraw The quickest way is the "Cancel order" button next to the purchase on My account. It asks you to confirm, and we then email you an acknowledgement recording what you withdrew from and when.

You can also write to us at info@theopentable.fi, or use the model form below. Any clear statement is enough - you do not have to use our wording.

What happens then Unused credit is removed from your balance and the price you paid is refunded to the payment method you used, without undue delay and within 14 days of us receiving your notice at the latest. Credit you have already spent on a booking cannot be withdrawn; cancel the booking first if it is still within its cancellation window.
